Upgrade of the FEDdesk Log On Process -
What does this mean to users? Users will notice a change in the background color of the logon screen. Also, due to increase security configuration, after logging out of FEDdesk, it may be necessary for users to fully close their web browser before attempting to log back onto FEDdesk.

Facility/Facility Coordinator Search Page -
Look under the Help tab and navigate to the "Employee Look up and Contacts Info" page. Enter your full name in the search engine, and a list of your facility's coordinators will be provided. These are local people who can offer you FEDdesk assistance, which includes new accounts and password resets.
